Fancy yourself as a bit of chicken connoisseur? Do you know your breast from your thighs? Have you ever wanted to know what makes KFC so tasty? Well here’s your chance to find out.
Kentucky Fried Chicken is opening up 300 of its restaurants across UK and Ireland for a KFC Open Kitchen event on Saturday 30th March.
This is much more than just having a nosey behind the counter. This is a unique-hands on experience giving customers the chance to get an exclusive look at what goes on in the kitchen and see how the delicious, original, chicken recipe is made before getting a go at hand-breading and frying it themselves, creating their own chicken masterpiece.
Tickets are just £5 and that includes a tasty treat at the end. After all that hard work you will get to eat your own burger creation, along with a piece of chicken, fries and a drink. Colonel Sanders wannabes will also receive a KFC apron and hat that they can take home and show off to friends.
“We’re really proud of the food we serve, and of all the care that goes into making our chicken taste as incredible as it does,” said Rob Swain from KFC.
“We want to welcome everyone in to give them the chance to see what makes it so finger lickin’ good, and invite them to try keeping pace with our amazing team members. We can’t wait to show the nation how its done.”
Ticket profits will go towards the KFC Foundation, a charity which supports local charities which are passionate about developing and nurturing young people.
Tickets are limited so you will need to move quickly if you want to get involved.
