Are you the next Nigella? A Heston in the making? Do you dream about turning your hobby into your own foodie empire? Over 12 weeks, #FRIDAYFOODFIGHT will be helping four budding chefs turn their culinary dreams into reality.

“ALL YOU NEED IS A DESIRE AND ABILITY TO FEED THE GUZZLING MASSES AT MANCHESTER’S NEXT BIG FOOD REVOLUTION.”

#FRIDAYFOODFIGHT is hitting Manchester in March 2014 and will be bringing together an incredible mix of the city’s music, street food and drinks all under one roof. Part street food market, part drinks emporium, and part club, #FRIDAYFOODFIGHT will be like one big turbo-charged food court.

Beat Street Record

Will Evans at Beat Street said: “We’re looking for Manchester’s next food heroes to be part of #FRIDAYFOODFIGHT to help start them on the road to food fame.

“You don’t need your own restaurant, you don’t even need your own kitchen. All you need is a desire and ability to feed the guzzling masses at Manchester’s next big food revolution and we’ll help you do the rest. Plus, the best bit is you get to keep all the money you make!

“We’re looking for variety and passion so if you think you fit the bill get in touch. Entrants will be asked to attend a cook-off over the next few weeks to earn their place at one of the events.”
