Kick off the Easter weekend in style, and join the #CocktailClub at Rosylee. Enjoy all cocktails from the ‘Classic Concoctions’ menu at 2 for £10 all day, between 12 noon until close.

Roast Dinners
Rosylee will be serving up its delicious Roasts dinners with all the trimmings from 12 noon – until they’re gone on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday!
A choice of locally sourced beef, chicken or lamb will be cooked in the INKA charcoal oven, one of only two in the city, which cooks meat at temperatures up to 400 degree celsius – so it retains all its taste and flavour.
All roasts will be served with locally sourced, fresh seasonal vegetables and delicious homemade gravy.

50% OFF – A La Carte Menu – Mondays
Rosylee will still be offering 50% off the a la carte food menu on Easter Monday.
The delicious menu has starters from £4.95 including crispy black pudding potato cakes from Lancashire, and baked crab from Whitby.
Mains include the best of northern meat from the INKA starting from £10.95 including Fitzpatrick’s Dandelion and Burdock marinated spatchcock chicken, and succulent steaks from Bowland.
Other mains include a tasty vegetarian cottage pie using wild mushrooms and chestnuts, Lancashire hot pot, and classic fish and chips.
Sunday Roasts will also be on special and available at 50% off.
50% is available all day on Easter Monday on dishes from the a la carte menu. Roast Dinners will be available at 50% off from 12pm until they are gone.
Afternoon Tea
A glorious selection of finger sandwiches, delicious miniature cakes, warm Rosylee scones with sticky jam and clotted cream. All served up with a pot of tea – and your choice of English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Berry, Green Tea, Camomile, Lemon & Ginger, Peppermint, Darjeeling or Chai.

The perfect date with friends over the Easter weekend, add a glass of bubbles and chocolate dipped strawberries and make it a Royal Afternoon Tea for £25.25 per person.

Lunch & Early Evening Set Menu
Between 12pm and 7pm, the lunch and early evening a la carte food menu is available from just £12.95 per person.
And with a choice of four starters and mains, plus three dessert options, guests will be spoilt for choice – 2 courses £12.95 and 3 courses £14.95.
