Hair-raising horrors await you at the Trafford Centre this Halloween as its big wheel gets a spooky makeover.

From 26th October, the classic fairground ride will be lit up in orange and its cabins  transformed into scary spaces sure to set imaginations alight.

Families will be able to take to the sky in an eerie witches’ lair, share a pod with a friendly clown, or even experience a spin with creepy-crawly spiders.

On 31st October, they’ll be taking it up another notch, with creepy characters slinking into carriages to give you a real fright from 6pm.

Sinister and spooky appearances will include a not-so-friendly clown, escaped convict, ominous doll, menacing witch and a scorned bride.

Earlier in the day, between 11am and 5pm the experience will be more family-friendly with face painting and a spooky singing witch.

Will you be brave enough to take a spin with spiders, ride in the witch’s lair or go around with a clown of questionable friendliness?

Find the Big Wheel outside the Great Hall.
