The Lowry Hotel, famed for its classic afternoon tea offering, is swapping dainty finger sandwiches for pork pies this Father’s Day with The River Restaurant’s new seasonal afternoon tea – plus a free beer for all father figures.

Offering a spin on the traditional British staple, the afternoon tea is complete with a Reuben steak sandwich on a brioche slider, classic pork pie, slow-cooked BBQ beef shoulder tartlet, and everyone’s favourite, miniature fish & chips.
