On the hunt for your dream wedding venue? You’ve got the ring, you’ve got the perfect partner, now you just need the perfect location to celebrate the best day of your life.

Manchester’s full of gorgeous, iconic buildings in which to start your own history. It’s just up to you to pick one now. Good luck!

As it happens, the Eclectic Hotel collection – which encompasses four gorgeous townhouses inside Manchester city centre and further afield – will be hosting several drop-in wedding open days this September for couples on the search for their perfect venue.

Each property is individually styled with eclectic interiors that both reflect and celebrate the building’s rich history and surroundings.

Taking place at their characterful Italian Renaissance King Street Townhouse (originally built in 1872 for the Manchester Salford Trustees Bank), converted Victorian schoolhouse Great John Street Hotel, as well as the tranquil Eleven Didsbury Park (with fourth site Didsbury House just down the road), the open days will give you the perfect opportunity to have a good nosey around with your other half.

Couples will have the chance to see each venue set as it would be for the big day. Make sure to head down to nibble on canapes, sip quality fizz and bombard Eclectic’s expert in-house wedding team with any questions or queries you might have in relation to booking the venue for your own knees-up.

King Street Townhouse

Where: King Street Townhouse, 10 Booth St, Manchester M2 4AW

When: Saturday 1st September, 11am – 4pm

Exquisite in design and character, King Street Townhouse is the perfect setting to host the first day of the rest of your lives. From beautiful unique furnishings to the most-talked-about infinity spa pool in Manchester, this Eclectic wedding venue offers opulence and splendour in spades for your special day.

Great John Street Hotel

Where: Great John Street Hotel, Great John St, Manchester M3 4FD

When: Sunday 16th September, 11am – 4pm

Rich with all the charm and style you might expect from an old Victorian school townhouse. The characterful period building has been transformed into a luxury townhouse hotel complete with a decadent rooftop bar perfect for enjoying stunning views across the city. Great John Street Hotel beautifully lends itself as the most unique wedding venue for your special day, with a number of individually designed, bespoke rooms your guests will fall in love with.

Eleven Didsbury House

Where: Eleven Didsbury Park, Manchester, M20 5LH

When: Saturday 8th September, 12pm – 3pm

Peace and tranquillity defined, Eleven Didsbury Park makes for a truly memorable backdrop with its intricate interior and wonderfully verdant grounds.

Just a short walk down the road, you’ll find a traditional and beautifully restored Victorian townhouse. Didsbury House brings the perfect blend of old and new to serve as the most stunning setting as your start your new chapter.

Both beautiful Victorian villas are situated in Manchester’s cosmopolitan suburb of Didsbury.
