Twitter beef: Frosty The Butcher v Gary The Chef – social media banter gets meaty!

When we interviewed The Drunken Butcher last week he warned us that Twitter can be a dangerous place. He wasn’t joking.

But in this Twitter spat it wasn’t The Drunken Butcher causing trouble. It was Frosty, Chorlton’s self styled butcher to the stars who riled chef Gary Usher from the much loved Sticky Walnut. Ironically it seems, Frosty initiated this frankly ridiculous Twitter spat because he thought Gary tweeted too much. The words ‘glasshouses’ and ‘stones’ spring to mind.

From what we can see these two are both bloody good in their fields, but Lee being Lee, managed to wind Gary up to the point where he went to confront him at the butchers. It’s almost as good as a midweek episode of Corrie. Take a look.
