South Manchester bar/restaurant launches the city’s first cocktail home delivery service

Have you ever been at home and felt like a cocktail but not fancied going out because it’s throwing it down or you’re watching your favourite programme on telly? 

Well, now you can enjoy cocktails in the comfort of your own home if you live in Chorlton and Didsbury because Beech Road restaurant The Laundrette has launched a Cocktails & Carbs service in conjunction with home delivery experts Deliveroo. 

The cocktails are made from the finest spirits such as Absolut Vodka, Chivas Regal and Havana Club and are beautifully presented in Alice and Wonderland potion style bottles, with step by step guides, and include finishing touches of straws to garnishes. You can choose from some of their most popular cocktails including Laundrette Mary, Laundrette Pornstar and Raspberri Flossi. Prices start from £6.50 per cocktail. 

Famous for its impressive, picturesque cocktails which are all hand crafted to compliment their indulgent food menu perfectly, the service soft launched last Monday 7th March delivering to Chorlton only, and has now been extended to Didsbury due to demand. 

“We were overawed by the response,” said The Laundrette (plus another bar with a laundry themed exterior) co-founder Jonathan Charles. “We hadn’t even shouted about it once, we’d just made it available online! We may even extend into the city centre in the near future.”
