Best friends Lucy-Jo Hudson (Wild At Heart) and Carolynne Poole (X Factor) were out and about visiting the SkinViva Advanced Skin Clinic in Manchester this week, treating themselves to a new, advanced eyelash growth serum.

“…THE EYELASH GROWTH SERUM… MAKES INDIVIDUAL LASHES GROW UP TO 106% THICKER, 25% LONGER AND 18% DARKER…”

New mum Lucy, wanted to give her eyelashes a boost after recently giving birth to 3-month old Sienna-Rae with dad Alan Halsall (Corrie’s Tyrone Dobbs). She brought best friend Carolynne Poole along for a festive day out who also wanted to try the amazing growth serum as an alternative to using false eyelashes, before going on to hit the stores for a spot of Christmas shopping at the Trafford Centre.

SkinViva’s anti-ageing expert Dr Tim Pearce said: “Available by prescription only, the eyelash growth serum works by extending the first stage of the hair growth cycle making individual lashes grow up to on average 106% thicker, 25% longer and 18% darker; so even without makeup the eyes are better defined for a more pretty look.

Known as Latisse in the USA, the serum has proved a huge hit with the likes of Kim Kardashian, Brooke Shields, and Homeland’s Claire Danes all radically improving their now-gorgeous lashes.

Lucy’s no stranger to advanced beauty treatments such as these having recently had her eyebrows tattooed by expert permanent make-up artist Claire Hobson.
